Manufacture Of Products From Plastics

7 hydraulic presses with compression force of 25 tons, 65 tons and 161 tons used for manufacturing shaped products from thermosets, thermoplastics and rubber are used at the manufacturing site of plastic products. The starting material is glass fiber, granules. The process is carried out in molds consisting of a matrix and a punch. Molding is performed at elevated temperature (heated molds), which provides hardening of the material.
